5. Gmail Integration

If you choose to connect your Gmail account, you authorize Flostra to access certain Gmail data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Important:

• Flostra does not send emails automatically
• All drafts must be reviewed and explicitly approved by the user
• You may revoke Gmail access at any time through your account or Google settings

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Flostra may generate suggested responses, insights, or classifications using AI-based systems.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All AI-generated content is assistive only
• You remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all communications

7. Collaboration and Pricing Insights

Flostra may provide estimated budget ranges or market insights based on aggregated and anonymized data.

You acknowledge that:

• Actual collaboration terms may vary
• Flostra does not guarantee deal outcomes or payment

Flostra is not responsible for disputes, non-payment, or contractual issues between creators and brands.

8. User Content and Submissions

You retain ownership of any content or information you submit to Flostra.

By submitting content, you grant Flostra a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or deceptive purposes
• Misrepresent information to brands or other users
• Attempt to access data you are not authorized to access
• Abuse or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure

• Using the Service in a manner that disrupts or degrades the experience for other users

Flostra reserves the right to:

• Monitor usage patterns to detect abuse or misuse
• Enforce rate limiting or credit deductions
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy
• Take additional actions as necessary to protect the integrity, security, and availability of the Service
