- We do not scan the entire Gmail inbox
- We do not continuously monitor all incoming emails
- We only process emails that match collaboration-related patterns or that you explicitly select

Flostra may provide estimated budget ranges or market insights related to brand collaborations.
These insights are derived from:
- Information voluntarily submitted by users
- Aggregated and anonymized collaboration data (such as platform, content type, and price ranges)

All pricing insights are indicative only and may vary by creator, region, and campaign.

- Email content is not permanently stored unless required to provide ongoing collaboration context
- Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained to improve platform insights
- You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time, after which Flostra will no longer access your Gmail data
